Canna Fudge

Ingredients

¼ cup or more of cannabutter
2 cups of granulated sugar
½ a cup of cocoa
1 cup of whole milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
Chopped nuts (optional)

​Directions​​

Start by greasing an 8×8 baking dish, set aside. Add the sugar, cocoa and milk to the pot, using the whisk stir them together. Turn the heat up to a medium flame and bring the mixture to a boil, keep stirring it.

Once the mixture boils, stop stirring it and reduce the heat. As it is simmering, keep an eye out for temperature to reach ​​238 degrees Fahrenheit​​, now turn off heat and let cool until well under 150 degrees Fahrenheit then add Cannabutter, 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract and Nuts (optional) to the mixture . Fold together with wooden spoon . Beat until thick and no longer glossy. Pour mixture into 8×8 greased baking dish. Chill for 30 to 40 MInutes and Enjoy!
